Tri-Cities Scouting Reports???

My bride and I will be in the Tri Cities at the end of the month. I know it'll be a bit early but I'm bringing my gear anyways. Great way for me to kill time. All the information I've received is greatly appreciated. Will post upon return!

Damn it! Forgot to ask:

You mentioned the "railroad ponds..." Would that be on the Columbia or some section on the Snake? I'm trying to compile a list of spots to check out without driving around aimlessly (which I've occasionally done in new areas). If you're willing to give me a brief description of the area, I can Google map it. Much thanks!

Columbia.... Google earth might help.

You can find railroad ponds on both rivers. Scroll along the shorelines and they are pretty easy to spot.
