Fly identification

Some time ago (2-3 years) I saw a fly on here that I liked so I tied up 3 of them. I didn't use them until this month and it turns out to be really effective at the high lakes I've been fishing, but I have no clue the name so I haven't been able to find the SBS. The last one I had is currently stuck in the lip of a big rainbow living at 4800 feet.

I think it is a caddis emerger. It had a poly yarn underwing (I used Congo hair) and a wing of deer hair that is folded after tying in so that it makes a loop.

Any recall what it is?
