Found this on Frankie Mcphillips' site; could work as a damsel.
hook - WFC Model 6 #8
thread - Danville 6/0 light olive
rib - small wire chartreuse
abdomen - medium tinsel pearl
wingcase - large tinsel pearl
thorax - FTD Starburst olive
hackle - olive
Mash barb/start thread at 2/3 mark; wrap to bend
Strip some fibers off a marabou plume (pinch/rip allows you to turn real crap into something useable)
Grab them by their base and twist between your fingers; then grasp them towards the tips, pinch and tear, hopefully ending up with a clean separation
Measure (shank length); tie in/trim, cover with thread (waxing helps cut down on the fluff)
Tie in rib and tinsel (in that order)
Brush shank with Super Glue, wrap abdomen; tie off/rim
Wrap rib to 2/3 mark; leave tag end free
Tie in wingcase
Dub thread/dub thorax
Tie in hackle; reverse palmer to back of thorax
Capture hackle tip with rib, finish wrapping thru thorax; helicopter end/cover with thread
Pull wingcase forward; tie down/trim, whip finish, SHHAN

Scott
