Another one I found on Peter Steen's site. Notional tying sequence.
hook - WFC Model 16 #18
thread - Danville 6/0 black
shuck/wing - Congo Hair white
rib - x/small wire silver
abdomen - tying thread/resin
hackle - grizzly
thorax - Ice Dub peacock black
Mash barb, start thread at point above point
Double over a few strands of CH to create a loop; tie in with butts to the rear, along with rib
Wrap halfway down bend, then return to tie-in
Rib body; tie off/helicopter end, cover with resin/cure (optional)
Hook looped end of CH on gallows
Tie in hackle at base of loop
Wrap hackle up (length of thorax)
And back to base; tie off/trim
Stroke fibers back
Dub thread/dub thorax
Pull the loop forward over thorax; tie down, pull loop up and tie in front to set wing angle
Half hitch x 2, SHHAN
Thin out shuck a bit; trim wing/shuck
