Could you add thread navigation at the top?

In threads of many pages, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page to get to the previous, next, and go to page buttons. First world problem, I know! But it would be convenient to have those navigating tools at the top of the page, as well as the bottom. If it is an easy thing to do, would you consider it?
