I wonder how many years the the lease from the forest service or who ever holds the lease is & can it be renewed ? Being in the position of having to forfeit your buildings to the government because the lease ran out would suck.
I know at one time up here in Washington they drastically increased the lease costs on some properties when they were ready to renew, making it unaffordable for some folks to renew.
If I remember correctly, the old lessees were also responsible for the costs of removing structures as well.
Not sure if this properties lease is the same due to it being a commercial venture.
