Westside Bluegills?

#1
Does anyone know of any good westside bluegill/sunfish lakes? I'm hoping for some relaxing float tubing flyfishing next weekend, and I'd like to find a good sunfish water west of the Cascades. Thanks for any help-

Bay Lake in pierce county has tons of bluegills.Bay lake
is about a mile or so from penrose state park. Take some
bass poppers and throw them around trees and docks for
largemouth from 8'' to 18'' my biggest is around seventeen inches. For bluegills use panfish poppers or bushy
dry fly like an adams in a size 10 to 14.Blue gills usualy
hang around the shore or the weed clumps in the lake in
the early morning or evening and in the afternoons use a
strike indicater with a pheasent tail nymph or anything in
your fly box under a size 8.c&r on the bass but keep all
the bluegills you want.Average size for the bluegills are 5 to 10
inches long.Don't go on the weekend because it gets crouded and if you want to be one of the only ones on the
lake be there in the morning.GOOD LUCK.

P.S. USE 4 OR 3 POUND TEST LEADER AND ABOUT
2 TO 6 FEET OF LEADER UNDER YOUR INDICATOR
DEPENDING ON THE DEPTH.
