Leaving for Jameson friday.
Hope to post exciting events when I get back.Got some new flies from Swedes and a lot of advice.
Taking my son for his first time fly fishing. Should be good for some laughs..
Have a great time! My dad and I have made an annual trip to Jameson for almost 20 years now (since I was 7 or 8), and always have a great time. We have always had the best results at the south end of the lake using a green or orange werner shrimp. Looking forward to reading your report.
I did very well in the spring last year on a red bloodworm (beadhead)with a long cast, slow twitching retrieve at the north end just off the "farm" next to Jacks. I think there are springs there. That was may however, not sure about Oct.??
