Pattern Mygoblin

Steve Cole - Nisqually and Adjacent Environs
Sometime back, I got it in my head that I would need a supply of green-dyed spey hackle so I used about a dozen of the precious blue-eared pheasant hackles I have, dying them various shades of green. The green dyed hackle sat idle for about a year after then, as darned few pattern recipes called for that material.

Last week I decided that those hackles were either wasted or I needed to come up with a pattern that would put them to use. The result is the attached feather-winged creation. I used what I thought was the same contrast principle found in the green-butt skunk, embellished a bit with the green hackle. Anyway, I offer it here for your consideration.
