Thank you for the kind words. Here is the pattern recipe. The Diamond Dub brand synthetic dubbing is my current favorite for flashy steelhead flies.
tag = gold oval tinsel
body = sunset orange Diamond Dub
rib = gold oval tinsel
hackle = pheasant dyed dark purple
collar = guinea dyed purple
head = flo. orange 6/0 Gudebrod thread
wing = goose shoulder dyed hot orange
