Anadromous
Temple run.
Breath dreams like air. I swear,
the trees sing!
Of fur and feather,
tinsel and silk
Swung deep,
One on one off.
The sound of riffles song
Cascades of foam, turbid glacial melt.
Now one, my fly and willow.
These trees,
of ash and spruce,
tell stories.
