Hi everyone. Heading back to Bozeman this week for my annual pilgrimage and wanting to get away from the usual suspects (G, M, and Y) I have the topo map out but it's honestly daunting with all the options. I tried smaller water last year with little success. Some of it was promising on the...

6 days in Yellowstone camped at the Fishing Bridge RV park. Fished the Yellowstone itself as getting anywhere else in the park seemed to take forever. Had an exceptional morning in the area around the Mud Volcano. Next trip I'll spend some time on the Lewis.

Just returned from our first ever visit and we're so glad to have made the trip with our new trailer. Didn't get as much fishing in as I wanted BUT when I did get time, it was worth the effort. Put some time in on the Lamar River without any luck; hard to believe but the reports were not real...

I recently published a new book -- "Yellowstone Runners." It's about three weeks of fly fishing for the big brown and rainbow trout that swim out of...
