3wt or 4wt Rod

In the market for a 3 or 4wt medium-ish action rod. I am looking to downsize from my 5wt for an all-around southern appalchian setup. I will primarily use it for nymphing, with a healthy bit of dries and smaller streamers as well. Let's say top out for around the $200 price point, or possibly working out a trade for my Ross Evolution LT 1.5.
