Wish i could help you. I don't know of any rivers/lakes locally that have browns. Closest I can think of is Fish Lake. But that's not local at all. It's up near Leavenworth. I'm sure if there are some around here, may be a zipper. I rarely fish trout, so am of no help. But, I do think I have an old gazetteer with lakes/fish stocked. May be able to help if I can find it.

If you want Quality browns near you, drive an hour to Silver Lake on mountain hwy toward Mt Rainier. That lake has LUNKERS according to a couple flyguys I spoke to there. Use either a FS or 15ft Sinktip and peddle troll with a #8 or so black or brown wooley bugger. Good luck! Peter ><>

There are big browns in both Pine Lake and Beaver Lake, on the Sammaish Plateau. Not easy to catch. They like to cruise the shoreline at night. And of course, Pass Lake has a good brown population. Good luck.
