hola,

I'll be getting my pontoon over here to my new house soon and am looking forward to cruising around Amber getting some rainbows. are there any secrets to the lake? should i have a sinking line or will my floating line do the trick. i have seen some really large fish cruising the shoreline by the boat launch but only a few of them will hit a fly... would chironomids be better than streamers? i just need some blanket info from anyone who wants to offer any, im new to the lake game, used to throwing dries at river fish... PM me if that suits you better.

amber's about done till mid to late sept. The summer temps drives the fish pretty deep, and to be really effective, it's a full sink game

Find some running water till fall...or target warm water stuff till later
