I have just a few hours sunday afternoon where I might be able to fish. I was wondering if anyone has fished the South Fork of the Snoqualmie this weekend. I don't have time to go to Easton so if the flows are to high to wade I will do something else. Yuck, I hate the sound of that.

might be too late to help you for this weekend, but i fished for a few minutes off the FR 9030 exit friday. the water's still a bit high and pretty cold. it's pretty clear and certainly wadeable, and i'm sure there's a few fish to be found if you know how to find them in these conditions. i think you've gotta nymph thru the deeper, slower water where you can find it. (others in this group seem to have more success than i this time of year).
i didn't work it very hard b/c i got distracted by a bunch of snakes and lizards i had to check out. very cool.
