If in the general Medford Oregon area I'm all in as is my fishing buddy. Lots of gear, lots of time ... and in a couple of months lots of summer run Steelhead and Salmon. Different Reg's for the two so do a read up and check for up-dates. Here in Oregon, save for really unusual situations what you read will be 99% correct. If you're fishing in Washington State ... 'What day of the week is it?' They change there almost on a daily basis, your job is to keep up. Sheesh!
