Interesting. May have to try that. A good way to get extra glutamates in there. This is my go-to recipe that does it with sundried tomatoes.

The Irish stew I make doesn't brown the meat first, instead it browns in the oven with no lid on the cast iron pot. Sound crazy but it works...
