Not sure if this should be in a different forum. Moderators, please move if necessary.

What is the best map for Olympic National Park. I'm thinking in terms of the hiking trails and primitive campsites. And of course the most up to date.

Thoughts?

Much appreciated.

Easy call; the BLM maps and excellent regardless of where you want to go. That said, they can be dated and that's where Google Maps, a note pad and pen are a 'must' before you move off to 'new ground.'

A good place to start: http://www.fs.usda.gov/main/olympic/maps-pubs

USGS maps, Green Trails for paper maps.

National Geographic prints maps for the National Parks. I have a few for different parks I've visited. (although,... I don't have one for the Olympics) They pretty detailed topo maps and have the roads, trails, and campgrounds in them.
They're also printed on a waterproof tear resistant material.

Here is another vote for the plastic National Geo maps. 12 bucks or so and it'll handle years of fondling with your grimy mitts. Or so I've heard.
I've used my NatGeo map of Olympic NP alot over the last many years...bulletproof (not literally ;)), and accurate!
