Best place to verify closed rivers?

I haven't been really following the closures closely, but wanted to go fishing Sunday. What's the best place to check which rivers are closed, I found these two pages:
https://fortress.wa.gov/dfw/erules/efishrules/erule.jsp?id=1800
https://fortress.wa.gov/dfw/erules/efishrules/erule.jsp?id=1797

Does that cover it?

Also is there just a blanket closure on all creeks/rivers entering into the sound? I saw certain rivers are listed, but small creeks close to those rivers that also enter the sound aren't listed ...
If they're not listed, they're closed. Don't think that's changed this year.
Well in the normal regulations its listed and has a window of June - Oct. So does that mean its open if they aren't on those two closure pages?
Every river and stream in the state is closed unless listed in the special rules section, then there is the emergency closures.
When in doubt email the WDFW. I've found them to be very responsive.
I think you're going to have to use inductive, rather than deductive reasoning to find out where to fish until the federal approval comes in. http://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/pugetsound_salmon_update/ This link will list the open, or "normal rules" waters. The rest are going to be closed if it flows into Puget Sound or the Strait. I would guess any personal response from the WDFW will work from this list. I wish they would put it prominently on the regs page, rather than burying it in a news update.
why can't wdfw make the rules easier to decipher? They should make an app that all you do is pick or type in your river you want to fish and it pulls up what the current status and rules are.... that is an app I would pay money for

Yes it is still not open.
The alternative would have been had no agreement been reached, you wouldn't be fishing the Cedar at all this summer.
Hang tight and hopefully NOAA will approve the permits and you'll be fishing within a couple of weeks.
Better to miss a few weeks rather then the whole season, don't you think?

I was like, "Well maybe I'll do some bass fishing ... oh wait Lake WA, Samammish, Ship canal are all closed too" ...

Yeah that'd would be super cool. If they would publish the gps coordinates of certain landmarks they use, it could be done.
Game warden. Then you can double check at the court house.

I said it before, far as I'm concerned it is all open. Screw 'em, go fishing. Done asking for water to fish.

I guess you should back your words and go fishing then. Unless you have internet access for the computer on your boat and you are out there right now.

True that. Problem is the flows are in my sweet spot right now .. at least from my logs.
I just got done talking with a guy at WDFW and he said they are working on it.

Working on making them easier to decipher or actually creating an app? Because if they are actually thinking about creating an app, that would be amazing.... well I guess making the rules easy to understand would not be short of a miracle either lol

Up yours. How do you know I haven't been fishing?
