My number one fly for troutspeying for browns:

Hook: TMC 7999 size 4 to 12
Body: black chenille (small or medium depending on hooksize)
Hackle: 4 sparse clumps of black marabou, tied on both sides and top and bottom. (the sparser the better)

You can also use all atlantic salmon patterns you like, just adjust the sizes sometimes.

are you talking sea runs or your river/lake run trout in argentina? they seemed to prefer a very different style of streamer...both i fished on a spey

my best flies for the big central patagonia rivers were very large streamers with lots of flash in white, brown, or black.
for sea runs my best flies were small and drab in clear water and a small blue/black leech was all i fished when the water got stained...
