Planing to fish for cutthroats in Blue lake in the Okanongon. Will they still be spawning this time of year? Any tips on what flies to use if there still in the spawn mode.

Fished chopaka for 4 day a few weeks back. Its fishing well. This weekend my GF and I are going to fish blue in the sin, chopaka and possibly Aeneas and the Orville blue. Might even try green lake and blue in the lime belt

As for the RANT, don't fish a winter lake on the opener because most of the people who can't or don't read the Regs will catch them all before it opens. Winter Lakes, what a joke.
