The Lahontan cutthroats at Blue lake by Wannacut lake are just coming off their spawn cycle so you wont find much close to shore. Get out to the 10' or deeper areas. Any of the red or combo of red chironomids should work just fine. Also some of the smaller minnow patterns should be producing.
I have heard nothing about the Blue lake in the Sinlahekin area being stocked with cutthroats. In talking with the area Bio.. rainbows and browns are the designated trout for the lake. FYI it has been fishing real good.
