Here's a question I've had for a while regarding many of the creeks here in Washington that are closed to fishing:

There are tons of creeks/rivers that are closed to angling for perfectly understandable reasons. ie, Cedar river, Wenatchee watershed, etc. However, there are several others streams that I am familiar with, yet cannot understand why they are closed. Examples:

Portions of Crab Creek
Gold Creek above Kechelus Damn
Sunday Creek on the Snoqualmie
Bear and Littleneck creeks (both in Yakima county).

None of these creeks, to my knowledge, have protected species issues that i'm aware of (except that Gold creek may have bull trout spawning). So, if any of you out there could shed some light on these closures for me, i'd find it terribly interesting!
