So I've been looking at the fish counts over the dams for what that's worth and decided it's time to start beating the water, planning on heading to the Cowlitz Saturday and if it's slow fishing or heavily crowded I'm headed to the klickitat Sunday, floating both rivers in the drift boat, (I need a couple more chunks knocked off the boat so the klickitat gets the call) anyone else headed that way this weekend, or just returned with some sage wisdom. Thanks.

Now find the fish. Good looking flies, good luck.

Nice selection. If you tie up some more throw in a few with orange and gold. The B-runs that should be in now aren't too picky, but I've done well with orange comets, and a polar shrimp variant using gold ribbing. Gotta get out myself, - maybe tomorrow.
