Connect Veterans & Their Families w/ Angling

They Answered the Call of Duty. Now it's Our Turn!

The Trout Unlimited Veterans Service Partnership (VSP) engages veterans and their families in coldwater conservation and angling opportunities. Trout Unlimited (TU) is a volunteer driven, coldwater conservation organization with chapters across the country. Each year, TU chapters across the evergreen state organize events for veterans and their families--fly fishing outings, casting and fly tying classes, tree plantings, etc.

If you are interested in angling or taking care of the fish so that the fishing takes care of itself, let me know. I would love to connect you with your local PNW TU chapter as many chapters have VSP programs or are interested in launching one in the coming months. Wondering where your nearby TU chapter is? This training is open to the public. We are excited for this intensive training opportunity on March 15th in Shelton with an introduction to resources (TU tools, Psych Armor, etc), adaptive teaching and care techniques, identifying partnership opportunities, and much more.
