Probably. It's possible, if they spawned around 4,000 females. I just don't know why they would, even if they had that many return. Where'd you get the number? It only takes a phone call to verify.
The total number of adults returned would support an egg take of that magnitude, but the column of fish lethal spawned and the egg take to the hatchery and number of fish shipped suggest that only 300+K eggs were taken, and the rest of the fish were shipped out (fish buyer or food banks, etc.).
