I guess I have hot spotted the lake I'm asking about. No offense intended. Now that opening day madness has passed, I'm considering my options and where I might wet a line. If anyone would like to share a fishing report, I would appreciate it. Pretty sure others would as well...... and that's the rub, eh? PM's work too.

Thanks in advance./Pat

It is ok....but the dealer in Wenatchee offered to fix my transmission for $3,000.

At Wilder Transmission in Wenatchee I just asked him to tell me EXACTLY what was wrong so I could sell the truck. He fixed it and charged me $10 for his coffee fund. I showed up the following Monday and brought several dozen donuts to go with his coffee.

That was the end of taking my truck to the dealer in Wenatchee.

My goodness, Vlad. Thank you so much for your insightful wisdom on how Dry Falls is fishing. Hope the tranny works well. I'm sure it is quite well lubricated.

Fishing Dry Falls next week.....with the oil change. I will post a fishing report here. Today headed out to a secret lake. I will get a water temperature for you...should be close to the same as Dry Falls.

God, might as well go fish Lenice as long as I am slumming.

I haven't been to Dry Falls in decades. When I fished it, we had only one chironomid pattern, the TDC, which doesn't look nearly as much like a real chironomid as the patterns I now tie. But it was pretty productive there, nonetheless. Except for the condor quill; that was the killer fly, and it was likely taken as a chironomid, now that I think back on it.
