I posted this earlier but it may have been overlooked. Since Dry Falls Lake is located in Sun Lakes Park there will be a daily parking fee of $5.00 required, or the alternative of purchasing the annual Parking permit for $50.00. The WDFW Access permit will not suffice. When talking with other fishermen, very few seem to be aware of this. I received an e-mail today from Joyce Riley, Customer Service Specialist for the Wa. State Parks Information Center confirming that the "$5.00 day-use/waterecraft launch fee" will be required. Add'l information is available through their web-site, www.parks.wa.gov/public.asp
