I will be staying in Kent, WA from Nov. 3-5 for work and should have some time to do some fishing. I am from Ohio and have never been to the area. I've read plenty about winter steelhead fishing, but don't have much knowledge on the fishing opportunities in early November. From the research I've done it looks like chum would be a good option, specifically in the skykomish and green river, which are both relatively close to where I'll be. Although, I called a local shop for more info and they said not only is that time way to early for chum, but that I would have to drive 3-4 hours to really be on fish regardless of species. Does anyone have any suggestions?
