I have a black Einarsson 7 Plus reel for sale. Made in Iceland it is new in box with pouch. Converted it to Left Hand Retrieve when I received it but I can convert it back to Right Hand if the buyer desires. The reel has never been fished.
This is a very high quality, saltwater safe, full cage and sealed drag reel built with Type II Anodized Aircraft grade 6061 T651 Aluminum. The Einarsson reels have received very high reviews both in the US and Europe. Although not as well known in the US, they are very highly regarded in Europe.
Per Einarsson:
7 Plus diameter is 3.94" and weighs 7oz. For 7wt, 8wt and 9wt rods. I find Einarsson is conservative on backing capacity.
Suitable for heavier single handed rods, switch rods and lighter double handed rods targeting Atlantic and Pacific Salmon, Steelhead or saltwater species such as trophy Bonefish, Striped Bass and trophy coastal Sea Trout.
