Had a great day on the water yesterday with Jim Kerr of Rain Coast Guides in Forks. It was a quintessential OP experience of wet skies and solitude. Jim worked hard to put us on fish, tactfully provided education and instruction and was a great guy in the boat. He is a pro and a fantastic steward of the experience. We went up high to escape raising water and managed to bring a mix of hatchery and wild fish to hand. A couple of glory shots are attached. I can't say enough about the experience and can now relate to the addictive qualities of this fishery!

Way to go! Fishing marginal river levels in soppy wet rain was the ticket... we'll, having Kerr as a guide probably helped a little bit:hmmm:

Thanks guys. And make no mistake about it....I give Kerr all the credit. That guy is one hell of a fisherman and a great guide (which is a tough combo to find). Anyone considering a guided trip should look no further than Jim Kerr.
