So what's the deal with all of the below average flows?? I wasn't here for the winter but it seems like the snow pack was at least at the average mark..
Yeah, the Sol Duc was down to a trickle a month ago when I floated it. I was shocked at how low it was given the snowpack. Made for a very interesting float in the DB. Unfortunately, based on the snotel data, I think we're in for a repeat of last year.
