Sizes are over the board. A Euphasiid or nymph are rather small compared too a polychaete worm or a stimulator, but all will catch searun cutthroat.
How do you want to fish, subsurface or on top, saltwater or fresh?

Try a Delia's Squid, size 6 -12 for one but if you do a search with the search function, there should be a boatload of information on technique and patterns.

Lots of different subsurface options. The time of the year you are fishing will play a part in your pattern selection. You can tie most of these on size 6 or 8. Hooks.
Here are a few to consider.
Muddler
Sculpin
Polychaete worm
Small herring and Sandlance patterns
Johnson Beach Fly
Searun Bugger
Clousers - Olive /white, olive / yellow, tan / white
Chum Fry patterns
Euphasiid and Ampipod patterns

If you search the tying and saltwater forums you'll come up with a lot of good saltwater searun fishing info and patterns to try.
