That Zenith is a hell of a rod. I fish an 8'10" one piece 7 wt for src and coho. We have dubbed that rod Thors Hammer. It just does every thing very well.

i agree the zenith 7 is a great rod, but I too have the one piece and that one is even better when i'm traveling I usually bring the my 6 / 8 combo, so the 7 has just sat in the tube! I'll take the zeniths over all the newer hardy rods hands down.
