Not sure if this has been posted before, and its not a plug for the business, but I've been using this page for tying up some of their patterns. Some pretty inovative ones on there, and some classics. Good step by step videos for all levels of tyer. Gets me thinking outside the box (but also makes me spend a little money on some new materials).

Definitely frequent the Flyfishfood website a ton. Their blog and tutorials are exactly as you describe, very well done, innovative and classics, tons of great tips, and they make you think outside the box. I try and buy a lot of supplies from tem kind of as a thanks for all the great free tips, patterns, and tutorials.
