Found a Tip-Top of what looks to be a Winston. It was in the Lowest parking lot at Rocky Ford. The number ( I don't know if this is a model # or Ser. #) that is written on the blank near the ferrule is: 72253. I dropped it off at Desert Fly Angler in Ephrata. Call thier shop to claim it.
Hope it finds it's way back to it's owner...
