Rod in excellent shape. Labeled as an 8/9wt. 12'6" and 3pc with internal ferrules. Reel seat will accept long foot reels. Nice rod in very good to excellent shape. Includes original sock but no tube. I fished it with a 9/10 Delta but think it would be excellent for short and heavy shooting heads, likely a good chinook rod with heads over 650gr. $200 delivered to lower 48 US states. Paypal requires 3% added, personal checks and USPS money orders also accepted though personal checks will require time to clear.

This reel has a 3.5" foot. If you're talking about a 4" foot it looks real close, 4" would be about max . If you're talking about a 4" perfect with a long foot, it'll fit. The seat slides and locks down where you want it but a 4" foot would be about max based on my measurement of remaining space with this reel mounted.
