GLoomis GLX Dredger 8/9 13'9' Spey' - 350.00 a good deal? I can get this brand new, just wondering if this is a steal and/or a good rod?
Can't test cast it and know that the rod retails for over 600+.

Ugh.... yes. I have that exact same rod and it rocks. The choice of Mr. Ed Ward.

The rod used to retail around 800.350 is a steal. I've only spent about 10 hours with it and it's butter smooth, light in hand and plenty of power. A real treat to fish with. Seems like more of an 8 than a 9. You should be aware it is a very deep flexing rod.
