Golden Stone in November

This guy has been sitting on my office window which is very close to the NF Snoqualmie. Is this a Golden Stonefly and if so isn't this an unusual time of year to hatch?

October Caddis makes more sense. It was so big I assumed it was some kind of Stonefly. Last October saw a few in flight but this is the first up close.
