Golden Stone in November

This guy has been sitting on my office window which is very close to the NF Snoqualmie. Is this a Golden Stonefly and if so isn't this an unusual time of year to hatch?

As far as I know, stonefly can fold their wings in more evolved way, put one wing upon another. Caddis cannot do like that, it folds its wing like A-frame tent shape.
