Golden Stone in November

This guy has been sitting on my office window which is very close to the NF Snoqualmie. Is this a Golden Stonefly and if so isn't this an unusual time of year to hatch?

I too think october caddis, fly fishing entomology site, tent like wings.
I'm working on this stonefly from a hatch saturday, but I couldn't get a decent picture, quick little critters, and the one I found in my cap was kinda smooshed. Wings flat over back.

I was thinking tiny black, (winter stone, small brown complex from Western Hatches).
