Trout? what are trout?
I am kidding, but this is salmon and steelhead season. There are other things to do than to trout fish. Not to mention that Arlington is a gateway to the North Fork of the Stillaguamish River, which is as legendary on the west coast as the Letort is on the east coast.
But seriously, I would fish for salmon or steelhead now if I were you. Local shops can set you up with the flies, your need a rod 6 wt or above, and floating or sink tip lines. but really, fish the Stilly at Arlington and have a blast.
Now there are trout around too, but if you hook a salmon, you will be in for the fight of your life.
