[hopeful fly fisher]

I am going to the Grayland/Westport area on vacation next week, and am looking for any information you folks might have for fly fishing possibilities in that area. Thanks for your help.

What kind of boat do you have? There are rockfish off the Westport jetty that can sometimes be had on flies. There are sea run cutthroat in the estuaries of small streams in the area, but ignorant wading could leave you stuck over knee deep in the mud with an incoming tide - that ain't pretty. See if you can connect with Jim Wallace (hope I got his name right) on this forum. He's the cutthroat king in that area and might be able to give you a hand.
