Try Curt Kraemer at the Mill Creek Office, WDFW. He is the head biologist for the area that I believe includes the Green. He is extremely knowledgable and helpful, if a little cocky. He does know as much as anybody about our local rivers and their histories. If he can't help you specifically about the Green, he can steer you in the right direction.
