I just like the treats that the kids leave for me.
I buy a bag of candy and we have maybe 2 kids show up.

Years ago I always had the porch light on and they still never showed up.
The people here in town at most of the apartments have parties for the small kids. Also the College here does the same. You just don't see the kids roaming the streets here.
