My season ended abruptly when my wife was admitted to the hospital to get her kidney trasplant. Needless to say I have had to travel to see her on weekends, and thats a 4 hour drive.
Our whole family is so excited to have our wife, mom, sister back. I have never been so happy to cut my season short.

I'd hang the wading boots up for a few months too. Glad your wife got the transplant. Not an easy thing to deal with on any level. Eleven years is a long time to wait, especially if she had to have dialisysis the whole time.
