Lacquer is pretty common. Much cheaper than other options and works great. I have 2 small head cement jars with needle applicators. I keep on fairly thick and the other thin for everyday heads. The stuff tends to thicken a bit over time. So I just let one stay a little thick and use it for special purposes. The other I thin as required.
Thanks for all the info guys. i would like to use something rather than just head cement because I am not happy with many commercialy made cements. Not to mention I am, one of those people who are always searching for a better way.
So an laquer will work? Is there anything I need to watch out for when buying the stuff?
