Here's one that all Hood Canal fly fishers should take note of... House Bill 2463. First read 1/17/2002, this bill proposes to "temporarily" close Hood Canal sportfishing via the creation of The Hood Canal Marine Sanctuary. While I'm totally in favor of fish recovery in Hood Canal, I don't feel that catch and release fly fishing has any significant impact on these stocks. Hope I'm not the only one.

Nope, Tribal fishing will not be effected by the creation the Marine Sanctuary.
