i am looking for real advice from more than one person on what the best way(s) to become a fly fishing guide are.(for WA)

how would one go about advertisement AND building a customer base/return clients?

what are the laws/regs?

liability's? insurance? business lic? WDFW lic?

and all the other stuff that i am for getting. any insight would be helpful. thanks.

I've been know to guide in AK... Which doesn't help you at all. Also I'm pretty drunk
